MediTech Solutions needed to redesign their healthcare platform to address significant usability issues that were affecting patient adoption and satisfaction. The existing interface was cluttered and confusing, particularly for elderly users who found the technology intimidating. The system needed to handle complex medical information while making it understandable to users with varying levels of health literacy.

Solution Approach
We developed a comprehensive UX design system that prioritizes simplicity and accessibility while handling complex healthcare information. The design features a modular approach that adapts to user preferences and health literacy levels, with options to simplify or expand information as needed. We implemented consistent navigation patterns with clear pathways for common tasks, and designed interfaces with larger touch targets and readable typography for users with dexterity or vision issues. The system includes voice-guided interactions for hands-free use and supports screen readers with proper semantic structure. We created visual approaches to explain medical concepts and lab results, making complex information more digestible. The design was extensively tested with diverse user groups, including elderly patients and those with disabilities.
