Refund Policy

Setup fees cover the initial scoping, configuration, and implementation work for your plan. Because this work begins immediately after payment, setup fees are non-refundable once implementation has started. If you cancel before any implementation work has begun, contact us at info@atinitysol.com within 24 hours of payment to request a full refund of the setup fee.

Monthly retainer payments cover the service period they were charged for and are non-refundable for that period once billed. To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, cancel at least 10 days before your next billing date; see our Terms of Service for full cancellation details.

To request a refund under the terms above, email info@atinitysol.com with your name, the plan purchased, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
