Terms of Service

Atinity Solutions provides CRM implementation, workflow automation, and connected business systems consulting and development services, as described on our Solutions pages. The exact scope of work for any engagement is defined separately in a written agreement or statement of work between Atinity Solutions and the client.

Setup fees are one-time charges due at the start of an engagement. Monthly retainers are billed automatically each month starting from the date of the initial payment, until the service is cancelled by either party. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by contacting us at info@atinitysol.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, notify us at least 10 days before your next billing date. If you cancel with less than 10 days' notice before your next billing date, that cycle's payment will still be charged and is non-refundable, and cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle.

Any custom workflows, automations, or configurations built for a client as part of a paid engagement become the client's property upon full payment, except for Atinity's own pre-existing tools, templates, or methodologies, which remain our property and may be reused across engagements.

Atinity Solutions provides services on an 'as available' basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
